  1. ORGANIZER

  The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ Latvijas filiāle, reģ. numuru 40103177024, Elizabetes iela 55, Riga, Latvija, LV-1010 (hereinafter: Organizer).

  2. Campaign

  "Apple devices as graduation gifts with 0% interest. 0% interest, 0 € down payment, 0 € contract fee."

  3. Campaign period

  30.05. – 26.06.2025 (hereinafter “campaign period”).

  4. Campaign terms

  4.1 During the campaign, private customers can purchase a new Apple device with interest-free installments from iDeal stores or the online store.

  4.2 The campaign applies to all Apple devices purchased during the campaign period. The installment period with promotional interest for iPhone and Mac models is up to 20 months, and for iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods models up to 12 months.

  4.3 The campaign cannot be combined with partners’ special offers or other customer promotions, except for the ISIC / ITIC and student discount on Mac models: during the campaign period, a -10% additional discount on Mac computers applies in iDeal stores with the presentation of an ISIC / ITIC card or other student status confirming document, which can be combined with the 0% interest campaign.

  4.4. The provider of the payment services is Inbank Latvia SIA. For exact information on the amount of your monthly payment, please read the instalment terms and submit an instalment application.

  4.5. The credit institution is Inbank Latvia SIA. Before signing the agreement, please read the terms of the agreement carefully and, if necessary, consult an employee or other specialist of Inbank Latvia SIA.

  5. Other terms

  5.1. By participating in the promotion, the participant confirms that he/she is aware that the Organiser processes his/her personal data in accordance with the General Principles of Personal Data Processing of the Latvian branch of C&C EE OU (for more information see: https://www.ideal.lv/privatuma-politika). By providing his/her personal data to the Organiser within the framework of the Promotion, the participant agrees to its processing for the purpose of informing him/her about the Promotion.

  5.2. All disputes related to the share shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

  5.3. All claims related to the organisation of the promotion must be submitted in writing with the reference "Apple devices as graduation gifts" no later than 01.07.2025 by e-mail: veikals@ideal.lv
